A Dip Recipe for Limited-Time Focaccia!

Focaccia is a summertime staple that we’re featuring on July 17 & 20. Serve it with our favorite dipping vinaigrette recipe at your next barbeque!

1 c. olive oil
1/2 c. balsamic vinegar
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 t. dried basil
1/2 t. salt
1/2 t. pepper
3-5 garlic cloves, peeled and minced

Shake to mix. Use immediately or refrigerate for up to one month. If dipping isn’t your thing, you can use the flat breads for pizza crusts. Try that on your grill!
